Bub Turns 17!!!!

Cameron's Baptism

A few weeks back, Cameron has decided that he wanted to be Baptized.  Jose and I are extremely proud of this step that he has taken.  On Sunday, May 4th, Cameron was baptized at his Mom's church, EastPointe Church.  We are so happy that we were able to witness his baptism.

Spring Soccer Photos

Cameron and Karley had their photos taken for soccer last week, but I wasn't able to get their photos taken together.  Our friend's husband was able to snap some shots of the kids after their practice this week.  I think they turned out pretty good.  I used a program (recommended from my Seester) to complete the editing.  I am pretty happy with the finished product.  

Double Header

We had a beautiful day for soccer today.  The boys stayed last night, so we took Cameron to his game at 11:30.  He is a pretty good defensive player.  He is also about a head taller than all of his teammates.  He usually ends up kicking the ball back in for a goalie kick.  He booted it, almost every time, over everyone to the other side of the field.  I believe the game ended in a tie 1-1.

Karley had her 2nd game of the season right after Cameron's game.  I'm so glad the fields were close to each other.  She did great this time around!!  She even scored her first goal.  It is so much fun to watch these lil' ones play.  Oh the joy!  

I caught her dancing.  This is what she does any time there is a pause in the game.

Notice the shoelaces?  She wanted it like this.  One pink and one black.  She is my child, minus loving Pink! 

We had our first soccer game of our life today.  Karley made it thru the first quarter and then was done for the rest of the game.  It was freezing out and I think that had a lot to do with it, but not sure.  Hopefully the next game will be better.
