18 months
My oh my!! We sure have a little monkey on our hands these days. Karley has mastered her walking and is starting to pick up the pace this past month. She is now climbing onto all of the furniture. She can be found many times in the middle of the kitchen table dancing. (No comments, Gimmy!) If we push the kitchen chairs in she will still use those muscles to get herself up.
She's very slowly working on her words. But for the most part it's still gibberish. She does love to babble tho. That part she does get from her daddy! She has also picked up something else from her daddy. Her muscles! She likes to show them off, too. She cracks us up when she does it, simply because she uses sound when she does it. Hopefully, we will be able to capture it on video soon.

Excellence Awards
Bub had asked us to come to his award ceremony. A letter was sent home telling the students and parents that they would be receiving an award. Bub thought that he was just getting one award, but to his surprise, he received two! He received Excellence Awards in Science and Social Studies. We are very proud of his achievements!! Congrats Bub!!
P.S. I would have pictures, but my luck....my camera battery died just when we went to snap the photo.

~ Blowing Kisses ~
We have been working on saying goodbye and hello with Karley. She has picked up, rather quickly, on blowing kissed to people. Sometimes she will do it all by herself.

Fun with Family
Karley and I sent a Saturday morning with the Groff's. At one point Ben decided that it would be a good idea to squeeze into the toy basket. I'm not sure how he did it, but he did.
Karley was getting a bit sleepy and crawled up on my lap. Next thing I knew Emily and Ben wanted up too. Of course we had to have the warmest (and coolest) blanket to snuggle with.
I kept Cameron and Karley home from church this past Sunday since they were both sick. We had rented Toy Story 3 the night before, but Cameron fell asleep before we could watch it. He asked to watch it the next morning and to my amazement, Karley watched it with him. This only last for about 15mins, but I was pretty impressed she lasted that long. I love when my kids snuggle together.
